Returns & Exchanges Precondition

  1. The product is in its original packaging;
  2. The product hasn’t been used or damaged;
  3. The product has no peculiar smell or perfume;
  4. The items in Flash Sale and all shoes on our site are not eligible to be returned for any reasons;
  5. All returns (except flash sale items and shoes) must be made within 30 days after buyer received the parcel;
  6. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee and the taxes caused by the returned parcel.
  7. Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.

Exchange

If the size, color, or pattern doesn’t fit, we are glad to exchange as long as the item is in stock. Please contact our customer services.

Refund

  1. Products which are not in the original packaging, or which have been used or damaged, cannot be refunded.
  2. A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
  3. Refund will be made through the same payment method that buyer used to pay originally.
  4. We do not accept return without reason or communication.
Return Procedure
  1. If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact our customer service through email sale@chomomo.com to submit return request;
  2. Once our customer service team confirmed your exchange or return request with email, please pack your item up and put the printed order information inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click My Order, select the correct order number, and print it out);
  3. Take down the return parcel tracking number and send it to our service team via email.
  4. After we receive the return parcel and verify everything intact, we will process to exchange or refund to you.
  5. Please notice that it takes 10 to 25 business days for package in transit, and an additional 2 to 5 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the payment is submitted, and buyers can get a full refund.
  2. If order which is paid over 24 hours but not shipped out need to be cancelled, we will deduct 15% from the payment amount as processing fee.
  3. If order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Buyers can submit exchange or refund request.
